These terms govern your purchase and use of skill packs and products sold through SkillsLayerAI (skillslayerai.com), operated by Exceed Web Services. By purchasing or downloading any product from this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing a purchase.
SkillsLayerAI sells digital skill pack files designed for use with Anthropic's Claude AI assistant. All products are digital downloads. You will receive access to the skill files immediately or shortly after purchase confirmation.
Skill packs require an active Claude account (claude.ai or API access) to use. We do not provide Claude subscriptions or guarantee compatibility with future Claude versions, though we update packs where required.
On purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased skill pack(s) for your own business or personal use. You may not:
You may use the outputs generated by the skills (documents, copy, reports, etc.) for any commercial or personal purpose without restriction.
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately on purchase, we are not obliged to offer refunds under UK consumer law once the download has been accessed. However, if you experience a technical fault with a file that prevents it from working as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion. We may release updated versions of skill packs from time to time. Customers who purchased a pack will receive updates to that pack at no additional charge. Updates to the AI Brain are also free for all Brain purchasers. We reserve the right to add new packs to the Brain product without changing the Brain price.
Skill packs are provided as-is. We make no guarantee that they will produce specific results for your business, or that outputs generated using the skills will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI outputs should always be reviewed by a qualified human before use in a professional context.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exceed Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
